Winemaker dinner: Villa Rubini Vineyard
TextWe are hosting a wine dinner with Dimitri Rubini of the Italian wine estate Villa Rubini. From more popular grape varietals like Pinot Grigio or Cabernet Sauvignon, to less common indigenous varietals like Fruliano or Schioppoettino, Villa Rubini delivers on making high quality wine at great prices.
The event will be a family style dinner. We will be tasting through four wines, with two rounds of food. The first round will be fish presented in a Venetian style paired with the white wines. The second course will be suckling pig, porchetta style, served with the red wines.
The cost is $55 per person 7-9 pm
